MVST. x Aeon: Building a New Standard for Preventive Health
It’s not every day that a company dares to blend AI technology with advanced medical imaging and diagnostics.
Together with the Aeon team, we prioritized the customer journey—from booking to health reports—keeping user needs at the forefront. Through cross-functional collaboration involving UX/UI design, software development, and product management, we built a seamless mobile app that enhances the entire experience.
The Product Concept
At Aeon, patients undergo a 60-minute, radiation-free MRI scan for a comprehensive assessment of their vital organs.
The seamless mobile app offers patients a wide array of features:
- Personal Profile: Patients can easily create and manage their profiles through the app, ensuring a personalized experience.
- Appointment Tracking: Users can track their upcoming appointments, receive step-by-step guides on how to prepare for their body scan and blood analysis, and even fill out medical forms in advance.
- Result Notifications: The app keeps users informed on the status of their results and sends notifications once they are ready.
- Health Findings: Users can view detailed health reports that explain whether follow-up actions are required, and they are assigned a doctor to assist with any next steps.
- Wellness Education: The app includes a dedicated section for learning, offering tips and guidance on how users can take better care of their health going forward.
These features ensure that patients not only benefit from early detection but also enjoy a smooth, user-friendly experience that empowers them to stay informed and in control of their health.
This integration enables Aeon’s team to update educational content, health tips, and other app features efficiently. Storyblok's flexibility ensures that the app can grow with Aeon’s evolving needs, offering customizable content blocks and multilingual support, which is key to scaling across different regions and user demographics.
